Abstract
Noah Thomas Seyller is a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Chair of Public Law, European and International Law, Migration Law and Comparative Law of Prof Dr Mattias Wendel, Maîtr. en droit (Paris I) since February 2024. He studied law at Leipzig University from October 2019 to January 2024.
His research focuses on the constitutional foundations of the European Union, in particular the protection of fundamental rights in the multi-level system and the relationship between the German Basic Law and European law.
He is also a member of the Union Law Working Group.
