Abstract
Felix Lingath studied Law at Leipzig University. From 5/2023 until 9/2023 he was research associate at the chair of civil law, corporate law and tax law (Professor Gregor Roth) and part of the management of the "Leipziger Examensoffensive" (repetition course for the first legal state examination). Since 10/2023 he is research associate at the chair of criminal and criminal procedural law, european criminal law and philosophy of law (Professor Klesczewski).
During his studies he was research assistant at the lawfirm "Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (Leipzig)" in the branches commercial, corporate, insolvency and civil procedural law. Felix Lingath supports the "Leipzig Law Journal" (student law magazine) as head editor of the criminal department.
