In September 2023, a simulation of proceedings before the European Court of Justice took place as part of the Leipzig Rule of Law Conference. Here, the participants of the Third International Summer School "Human Rights in Theory and Practice" dealt with the Klubrádió Case (C-92/23) in a slightly modified form.

This is a new iteration of the court simulation of January 27, 2022 which dealt with the exciting issue of so-called "golden passports". It was organized in cooperation with the Saxon State Ministry of Justice and for Democracy, Europe and Equality and formed part of the two-day Trinational conference on the rule of law 2022.
