Abstract

Thilo Haase is a research fellow at the Faculty of Law of the University of Leipzig at the Chair for Civil Law, Employment Law and Social Law since February 2021. Since July 2021 he works on a thesis in employment law, working title 'Disputes Within Bodies of the Works Constitution' (analogously translated, 'Innerorganstreite in der Betriebsverfassung').
